most common of them is to buy run down, dilapidated property i.e. "fixer uppers".

Foreclosures were up more than 41 percent in 2007 and that number continues to grow.

opportunities. Lenders are willing to compromise and cooperate with investors in
order to make an attractive deal. With the market as it is, the savvy real estate
